When I 'm in a good place

I like to read Bukowski

Then I can say

"Cheer up Charlie, you miserable bastard!"

And feel good about myself

Relieved I'm not there

Where he is

When I'm there

Where he is

In my Bukowski-shaped hole

I never read Bukowski
